



At SIDASA, we were the first to fully embrace planetary motion technology for mass coating of metal parts using centrifugation—pioneers since the 1990s.
While the market relied heavily on traditional tilting systems, our vision was clear: develop a more precise, efficient, and quality-focused solution, especially for complex-shaped parts.
Our original system introduced a 180° basket rotation, significantly improving coating uniformity. Today, after decades of engineering refinement, we’ve developed a dual-motor centrifuge: a central axis rotates three baskets simultaneously, while individual motors spin each basket on its own axis. This results in true planetary motion, with continuous, multi-directional rotation and no dead zones.
